The paperwork is filled out with "not actual" miles but the vehicle truly has 28,478 miles. This vehicle is being relisted because the winner did not want to deal with exporting requirements out of the country. We sell everything we list and always selling with No Reserve. Condition - We will do our best to visually describe what this vehicle requires. There is no way to determine exactly what a vehicle needs to bring it back until one gets into the actual project of repairing it so please understand that our description very well may not and probably won't list everything that needs to be done. Now as to this vehicle: exterior - The vehicles exterior has damage to the hood and both fenders. The front bumper cover, left headlight and grill are missing. Also, the right headlight has broken tabs. Some parts are off the vehicle(pictured). In addition, there is a scratch on the trunk lid. The tires are Goodyear Assurance (215/55/17) having about 40-50% tread remaining. All the rims and glass are in excellent condition. drive train - The vehicle has damage to the ECM and the wires going to it(pictured), so it will not start. All the other functions leading up to the start of the vehicle work perfectly. The vehicle reads "initializing" just as it should! interior- All functions work perfectly. The driver steering wheel and knee airbags have deployed. Also, the front seat belt are inoperative. In addition, there is a crack in the interior driver door panel and there is a small broken piece on the steering wheel molding. A 10% deposit of the final price is due within three days of the close of the auction. The balance due is required within 7 days from the close of the auction and must be in the form of a bank wire transfer or cashiers check. By law, tax must be collected from New York State residents. Regency Motors reserves the right to close an auction at any time. We welcome all interested parties to come and inspect the car.
