1951 GMC 1 ton long wheel base 5 window pickup, restored, only 56479 original milesRare 9 ft bed 5 window pickup beautifully finishedNo rust body from Idaho high mountain desert was stripped to bare metal and painted and polished to a brilliant shine. Paint is near perfect.Frame was also rust free and sealed and painted as well. Original front bumper assembly and original bumper guard was rechromed and nice.All new wood and trim in bed nicely finished.All new glass except corner windows. New weather strip throughout.Interior is all new. Dash has been refinished . All gauges except amp meter work fine.Drive train is the original 228 cu 6 cylinder that runs great. All new belts and hoses, refurbished radiator and rebuilt carb, starter and generator. Transmission and rear end are original and in excellent condition. New muffler and tail pipe,original wheels refinished with tires that have a lot of tread but are a few years old.Overall this is a very nicely done very rare unusual pickup that would be a wonderful addition to any collection.
