I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 for sale, it's a regular cab, long wheelbase. It has the 4.3 V6 engine with a 5 speed manual transmission. The body has some rust on the driver rocker panel and cab corner and also on the bed above the wheel wells. The interior is in good shape and the body is fine minus the rust. I just put a new fuel pump in the truck a couple months ago, a new thrush turbo muffler and also put a new p/s pump and pulley on it. It runs good. The only problem with the truck is the transmission is stuck in reverse. I use the truck for work and a few weeks ago I was backing up and the truck would not come out of reverse. I have not further inspected it, so I really don't what the problem is. I'm selling it because I don't use it enough to bother with fixing it. I'm selling assuming the transmission will need replaced.
