The engine is the original 6.6 liter (400) V.8 with 3 speed automatic transmission.Has 77K original miles.The engine sounds great, and the transmission shifts smooth.The truck has been sitting since 2011 and will need a tuneup, all the fluids changed and the carburetor will need some TLC.Starts right up and runs and drives but to be a everyday driver will need a little love.Everything is original with the exception of the intake manifold.All of the tags are still attached from the factory.The four wheel drive does work, and has the rare full time four wheel drive option. The body is rust free , and has some dents as seen on the pictures below.Paint is showing great for its age, it is the original paint that has never been touched.The original owner many years ago installed a auxiliary fuel tank that is no longer there.The hole from the filler neck is still there. (pictured below) The interior is original with the exception of the seat,and steering wheel.The 2nd owner installed that about 5 years ago.All the glass is good , the rear sliding window is missing the clip to hold it closed. The 2 front tires are newer then the rear.They still have plenty of life left in them.As seen on the pictures below the original warranty card with Protecto-Plate.Owners manual and original registration card dated 1979. Great rare Ford F-150 pickup that doesn't need much.Restore it or drive and enjoy the way it is (there only original once) Comes with a clean and clear California title. For California bidders I will be selling this vehicle with out a current smog test.Anybody from California that purchases this truck will be responsible for the smog test no exceptions.
