The car comes with free maintenance for 3 years/36k miles. I have had the car inspected at my local Mini dealer and it needs nothing at all. You will see that I take pictures of the underneath of the car to show you there is no rust and no damage. The tires are wearing evenly and smoothly. There are just no issues with this car.
