Amazingly fun car! I have owned the car for the last 25,000 miles and have loved every bit of it. Unfortunately for me, I have a baby on the way and bills to pay so toys have to go. This is no ordinary Lotus Elise. This is the Perrin Performance Lotus Elise that is turbo charged and puts 260 horsepower to the pavement. It is quicker than even the Exige S260! For those of you who want to know all of the technicalities about the turbo system, the complete build is documented online and can be found by searching for Perrin Performance Lotus and it should be the first link that shows. I am not a technical person, so it would be useless for me to even try to explain what the car has added parts wise. All I know is the car is fast and fun. The previous owner of the vehicle is the owner of Perrin Performance. This was his wife's car, until he started to fall in love with it. An easy thing to do, trust me. The boost is set conservatively at 8 psi, but even that is enough to put this light car in the races with supercars. The power to weight ratio is phenomenal. You feel like a rock star just sitting in it. For some reason this info was not showing up so I have edited the ad to include the issues with this car. The paint is pristine except for 2 places. One scratch on the removable hard top, and one paint chip on the rear deck area. Both are minor. There is also an issue with the cluster going off. It is a common issue with Lotus gauges and can be fixed by soldering the back connectors. It is not a major issue and causes no drivability concerns.
