For sale - my wife's '98 M3 convertible. White exterior, black top, gray leather interior, automatic transmission with sport mode. We are the 3rd owners and this has been my wife's summer car only and always garaged. Low miles at just over 80K. Car is in very good overall mechanical and cosmetic condition. Well cared for and attended to, service records included. Car is very clean, has a couple minor imperfections in the paint, but excellent shine on the original paint and looks great. Clean Carfax, no rust, accidents or damage ever. Everything on the car works including ice cold AC, power top, cruise control, and factory CD changer in the trunk. Factory speakers were upgraded. Includes full size M sport spare wheel, jack/tools, and original owners and stereo manuals. Clean under hood, all stock, no mods. Interior is showing some normal signs of wear. Door panels, dashboard and rear seats are like new; front seats had some wear so we purchased fitted covers from Bavarian Auto. Steering wheel and shift knob show some wear. Odometer dash light is fading a bit, hard to see in direct sunlight but works perfectly, airbag sensor light has been on for the 5 years we've owned, never bothered to replace the sensor in the seat as it is fully functional. Otherwise, that's it, full disclosure. Bought new car for my wife so time to sell and let someone else enjoy. Drives excellent, tight and fast. This is our 5th M series BMW, love them for pure driving enjoyment. Clean title in hand along with 2 keys. This is a used car and has been accurately described. You may not be able to see, but they had some creases and a split or two in the leather on the lower side bolsters, otherwise in excellent condition. You can remove the covers and use the seats without them installed if you'd prefer. On Sep-06-14 at 18:00:18 PDT, seller added the following information: Added a photo of the car file folder and the original owners manual plus supplement. Reviewed the folder and here are the highlights: Replaced the water pump, thermostat, and coolant flush; O2 sensor, cam sensor, brake switch all replaced and a catalytic converter replaced under warranty. Has had scheduled inspection 1 and 2's including the requisite fluid flushes, filters, and tune up parts. It's been a rock solid reliable car my wife drove within the state during the nice months of the year, then covered in heated garage for winters. It's cleaned and detailed ready for it's new owner.
