Up for auction, 1970 Mustang Fastback, 302, 2v, automatic, Pwr Steering and A/C (not installed)This was an unmolested original survivor car when the restoration began 4 years ago. It was restored back to it's original factory specs and look with only minor modifications. The complete list of items replaced is too long, major items include:New paint - stripped to metal, epoxy, base,clearEngine rebuild - heads reworked for unleaded gas, close to stock camNew sheet metal - hood, doors, floor pans, trunk pans, battery apronNew interior - headliner, carpet, dash, seat covers, door panelsNew suspension - all control arms, shocks, front and rear springs, tie rods ect.New Brakes - all wheel cylinders, master cylinder and shoesNew exterior trim - bumpers, rear tail light bezels, emblems and gas cap (front parking lights not installed, mounting screws are on back order) Minor issues and Items that could/should be replaced are:Power Steering Pump has a small leak at the high pressure hose connection Brake Warning Light stays on unless switch is unplugged at distribution block (defective block?) Windshield and rear view mirror - windshield has a 4 inch crack passenger side Wheels and Tires - has old tires and 70's magsExhaust - is old dualsA/C - has a leak on the condenser coil ( all a/c components are there but not installed) I do this as a hobby and it's time to move on to my next project.
