Up for sale is my 1-owner, non-smoker Jetta. I bought this car brand new and have driven it as my main commuter car for the last 10 years. It has been a great car and has plenty of life left in it but I'm ready for something new. It has consistently gotten ~45 MPG and still does today. Here are the good, bad and ugly of it:GOODEverything works!Cold A/CNew clutchNew brakesNew batteryNew glow plugsTires have plenty of treadNew headlight lenses (see picture) BADCheck engine light is on. Came on just before Christmas (9 months ago). Had the code scanned (P2564 Turbocharger Boost Control Position Sensor A Circuit Low - whatever that means). Car drives the same as before the light came on, so I have just kept driving it.1 minor accident - ~7 years ago I had a fender bender (front left fender). I had it repaired at the Volkswagen dealer where I bought it and you can't tell. Note: It is NOT the fender that has rust (picture included).Recently it has intermittently not wanted to start. Not sure why and it hasn't left me anywhere, but I changed the battery and glow plugs to try and solve it.There is a small tear in one of the back seats (see picture). It has been there for 5 years (or more) and I can't even remember how it happened.Headliner is starting to sag in the back. UGLYThe front right fender started to rust and could use some attention (see photo). I have tried to fully disclose everything about this car and will say it has been a terrific car and still looks great. I would get in this car and drive across country in it.
