Up for auction is my beautiful 1970 Chevelle SS. Originally a real SS396 from Kentucky, this classic now lives with a factory fresh Chevrolet 454/425HP crate motor with less than 2500 miles on it and Mobil-1 running through its cylinders. She features chrome powder-coated headers, chrome SS rally wheels with BF Goodrich rubber, Flowmaster exhaust system, 12 bolt rear and a TH400 trans with slap shifter. Your neighbors will definitely feel the rumble of the dual exhaust when you arrive home with this classic American Muscle car. Just sit inside this SS with its black interior, black bucket seats, gauges and you are transported back in time, listening to the rumble of the engine and the AM/FM 8-track for a truly retro feel. I added digital gauges and tachometer under the dash to keep a modern eye on the beast under the hood. Car also has A/C will all new parts expect the compressor which is currently non-functional. I have the original build sheet showing all of its options as well as DMV documents listing it's previous owners. This car was restored in 2005 right before I purchased it, the motor was replaced in 2007. The exterior paint is cortez silver with a black vinyl roof and black SS stripes, all in great shape with the exception of a minor chip on the hood (an easy fix). This car has won numerous first place car show trophies and runs just as amazing as it looks. Car has Motion valve covers and Baldwin Chevrolet trunk dealer decal as a Baldwin-Motion tribute to my younger days.
