I am selling a 2009 Chevy Express 3500 Passenger Van. This is the extended model, which means that it is a 15 passenger van. This van has been used as a touring van by my band for a little over a year now. The van has been fantastic to us, but since we are no longer touring, we have no need for it. This van was serviced regularly and often. We needed it to be reliable on the road, so oil changes were always completed before they were even necessary. The van gets great gas mileage for a vehicle of this size, typically averaging 15 mpg. Last year we put four brand new tires on the vehicle and also had the two front control arms replaced with new ones. This has made for incredibly smooth driving. Also, this summer the vehicle had its transmission rebuilt. This repair carries a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty and is honored by over 800 auto shops nationwide. The vehicle has been driven about 1000 miles since this repair and runs perfectly.The large side door has a couple dents. There is also a scrape on the very top of the vehicle. Check out the photos for more information. One of the manual windows on the side door does not shut very securely (the power windows function perfectly, however). The power window control on the passenger size is a bit fussy. All other signs of typical use are minor.The van had a minor recall in place that required a different panel to be put in on the interior dash of the front passenger side. This has been taken care of.When we purchased the van a bit over a year ago, we had a hitch put onto it. Air conditioning in both the front and rear works great. Powered locks and powered windows.
