Vehicle Detail
Hello all and thank you for viewing. I purchased this Porsche on 2/11/13 with 72,460 original miles and have enjoyed over 16,000 miles to date. Oil fed cam chain tensioners, air box pop off valve and Sanden air compressor were installed by previous owner. All other parts installed in the last year and a half since I've owned it and have receipts for all. Originally from South Carolina and now Florida there is absolutely no rust or corrosion of any kind and a complete tool kit, jack and owners manual are included. Would need paintwork to be show quality but but very respectable for a daily driver. An extensive list of repairs have been performed to include complete tune up with valve adjustment, distributor cap, rotor and timing set, plugs, plug wires, all fuel and air filters, accumulator, fuel pump and check valve, O2 sensor, fuel injectors cleaned and new bungs and O rings added, hot start relay kit and alternator and compressor belts. Large Mocal oil cooler w/Bosch fan added in right front fender with oil cooler air scoop added, expandable oil return tubes (aluminum), Transmission fluid replaced with Swepco 201. New clutch cable, helper spring, circlips, shift rod, coupler and ball cup bushings. Bronze pedal bushing kit added in interior as well as all power window switches, mirror switch and Mr. Kuehl center vent for ice cold A.C. Steering column support bushing (nylon) and new heater blower motor as well as higher cfm condenser blower motor, coverlay dash protector and new vinyl seats. Rear seats are fine and have belts. Targa top is in perfect shape as well and interior is in great shape with everything working and respectable but not concourse. Suspension got new Bilstein heavy duty rear shocks, front strut inserts and poly graphite upper strut mount kit. New front rotors, calipers, pads, wheel bearings with pads only in rear. Wheel alignment performed at local Porsche dealership and a professional wheel truing, powder coating and polishing completed on wheels with new Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport tires. Axle shaft assemblies with CV joints.. Hood struts and all new light bulbs all around with headlight lenses and one rear taillight lens. Have spare fuses, fuel pump relay, Wurth paint products, spare bulbs. New speakers for doors (nothing wrong with existing ones and stereo sounds great but they are missing grills) and front bumper covering strip ( the "smile") included but not installed. The list goes on but be assured, if it needed a part, it received it. Drives straight and smooth with no signs of accident history or abuse and pulls very strong, Averaged 26 mpg on trips with very little oil consumption and compression is perfect. Tried Mobil One Synthetic recently and developed a very small oil leak somewhere in front of engine but not severe enough to address. (Don't do that!). Will include all heater hoses, some new, to return to stock if you would like but produces plenty of heat as is for me. I am sure I have forgotten a few things and left smaller things out intentionally but you can take comfort in knowing that you will be getting a very solid and dependable daily driver that you can drive anywhere as I have done.On Sep-04-14 at 15:27:27 PDT, seller added the following information: Previous owner also added new clutch, valve covers, battery and a black sunshade when top is not installed. Spare tire included and never used. Reserve just lowered so this car will sell!
