Vehicle Detail
This car is great if you live in the country or where it get snowy and icy. Basically it will drive over anything like a truck. I've used it to haul wood, furniture, or a group of people. It's fun like a jeep but practical like a sedan. Any dents or dings on this car are small. The left tail light has a crack in it but it's not very noticeable. The back bumper is having trouble simply because of rust underneath. There's not much for it to hold to so I have a bungee chord to help it stay in place. There is no tail pipe but the muffler is fine. The brakes are good. I had one set replaced last year and the other the year before. I just don't remember which year I had the front or the back in but they are both new within two years. The tires are wearing out. I had planned to replace all of them before winter of 2015. I caught a nail in one of them two months ago so there is one new tire for sure. Inside the car it's all fine. I always kept it clean and used armor all so there are no cracks in the dashboard or anything like that. The driver seat has a tear just on the side. If someone knows how to sew it would be a fairly easy fix. The other seats are great. No tears, no stains, plus the back seat rarely was used. I don't have children and pretty much drove it alone most of the time. The carpet is about what you'd expect for a 2002 car but the back seat carpet is in great condition. The CD player works well, the AC is awesome as well as the heat. Some of the buttons on the CD player/radio is losing it's black. An easy fix if that bothers you. Just use a magic marker. I can't think of any strange glitches or anything. Before the clutch started to give out it was a smooth ride. When you do take it I'd recommend not driving too far since the clutch is difficult sometimes. It could possible make a trip from here, Chicago, to L.A. or Miami and be fine, but I'd hate for the clutch to give out completely on the drive so I would use caution in buying this car if you are going to drive it for long distances before getting the clutch fixed. If there is more to tell you I can't think of it right now. The mechanic that last took a look at it told me that if I sold it as is with the clutch needing repair to ask $3500 for it. I'm going to ask a $1500 minimum. In looking at the Kelley Blue Book value given it's current condition $2807-$3257. Don't hesitate to write and ask if you have any questions. Thank you. $1500 - Reserve price
