This car was fully restored in 1986--full documentation and pictures are available. This driver has been meticulously maintained and stored in a climate controlled garage. It has been used year round, weather permitting. This is list of recently restored items: Radiator and hoses, 2006Re-built engine, 2007*5 speed transmission, 2007New chrome bumpers, 2007Suffolk seats, 20095 Vredestein Tires, 2010 Many other items such as, new: Bosch starter, fuel pump, front brake pads, rear engine seal, battery, rear shocks, turn signal and wiper switches, voltage stabilizer and a refurbished head have also been installed. All receipts are available since the 1986 restoration. The interior is in excellent condition. There are four Eclipse speakers and a Pioneer tuner, CD, SAT ready system installed. The original tonneau cover and the original jack and case are included. There is NO rust, and the paint is in very good to excellent condition for a car that was repainted in 1986. Touch up paint is available along with the original paint can for this road ready B. It ran the 2011 Rallye to Reno from Ocean City, MD to San Francisco, CA. It took part in the 2012 MG convention in Dillard, GA immediately following the NC Border Tour. It has participated in two Reliability Runs in 2012 and 2013. It has been to Pleasant Bay, Nova Scotia in 2013 and most recently the 2014 MG Convention in French Lick, IN. If you want a car that is ready to drive anywhere, this is the car for you! The rear brakes are in very good condition. Yes, it tracks straight and brakes straight. There are no frame issues. There are no vibrations at any speed. I never had to drop the fuel tank, so I don't know what the top of the tank looks like. The fuel filter has always been clean. There is no bondo. I have never experienced it overheating.
