This is a Southern California truck since new. One senior owner prior to my purchase a few months ago. Used for fishing off a dam in Lake Perris, CA. Had seat covers and a shell on the bed since new and I removed them for the first time just a month or so ago. Incredible shape inside and outside. Just turned 100k miles when I drove it from Perris, CA to Tucson (about 500 miles). Drove in 110 plus degree temp with the AC on all the way with absolutely no issues. Runs like a sewing machine and the old guy maintained the heck out of the truck. Known issues: front left CV boot is torn; speedometer recently started bouncing around intermittently. If you are going between 0-50 MPH it seems to be fine but over 50 it will become erratic. Truck comes with a new cable in the box. The boot from the camper shell did wear through the paint around the rear window -see pics. Tires have 70% tread but they have been on the truck for at least 5 years. There is no dry rot or cracking but just so you know they are not new tires but appear to be in very good shape.Those are the only known issues with the truck. It does not leak a drop or smoke. Does not burn or use oil. Drives beautifully for a 30 year old truck. This truck has never been taken off road and it shows. Always parked in covered parking. The original owner was in a minor accident in the late 90's when someone backed into the passengers side bed just behind the rear wheel. The owners son worked for a body shop and instead of pulling out the dent and using filler on the truck, which was an appalling thought for the owner, they replaced the entire side of the bed with a perfect bed side from another truck that had been hit in the front. They did an excellent job but on the inside of the bed you can see some red underneath where the blue paint was scratched. You can see some red around the fuel filler when you open the fuel door. When they painted the passengers bed side they blended it into the cab just to the door, the rest of the truck is all original paint. It was a very well done repair and blend job and there was no frame involvement whatsoever. There has been no other bodywork or paint work done on the truck. Everything on this truck works as it should except the original radio. It turns on and lights up and changes stations but no sound comes out the speakers. Even the quartz clock keeps perfect time. AC is COLD. All glass is perfect. Doors lock and windows roll up as they should. All gauges work as they should as do all lights. Nothing has been modified on this truck. Look inside the bed, incredible! Absolutely zero rust anywhere on this truck. I will let the pictures speak for themselves but if you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask. I bought this truck for my son who turns 16 in April but after cleaning the truck up and realizing what a find this was, I got him an old Pathfinder instead. This truck belongs with a collector or Nissan enthusiast who will appreciate it for what it is. On Aug-10-14 at 23:19:37 PDT, seller added the following information: I have been getting questions about the wheel flares. They are stock Nissan bolt on flares. They can be removed easily and the factory blue paint is underneath the flares so if you preferred to go with the open wheel well you simply unbolt the flares. I also have been getting a lot of people asking for a buy it now price so I went ahead and posted a very reasonable buy it now price to end the auction. Another question that has been repeated is would I pick someone up at the airport and the answer is yes if the time was arranged where I could pick you up after work or anytime on a weekend.
