Hello, up for auction is a 1978 Triumph Tiger 750 matching #'s Cafe/Streetfighter project. My father gave me this bike as a graduation present in 1989 and was taken apart for some restoration and never was put back together. A few years ago I decided I was going to build it, but into a Cafe/Streetfighter. The bike has a Ducati Sport Classic front end with a custom steering stem and new all balls bearings. The rear end is off of a Honda Hawk GT custom machined to fit the bike. I have over $3200 in fitting the front and rear end alone. The rear wheel has a custom hub for the spoked wheel for the single sided swingarm. The tank is a Triumph European tank I bought and had shipped from England. It comes with front calipers, no rotors, an extra rear Ducati shock. A lot of stock parts, as in the wiring harness, bolts, carb, and a few other bits and bobs. The bike has not ran since 1989, but the motor is free and easily turned over. My father and I turned the bike over by hand a few times a year to make sure the motor stayed free. The left down tube has a scrape on it, it may be dented, I don't know, all I do know is that it has some sort of filler on it and the down tube is not bent, it is perfectly straight. Clear title in hand. Will deliver for .50 a mile up to 200 miles. I have also included some photoshops of where I was going with the project. Bike is sold as is, where is with now warranty.
