1969 BMW R-Series

This is a mint original motorcycle with original tires and rubber parts, original type battery (no acid), excellent chrome and cadmium nuts and bolts. Rims and spokes perfect (never had a tire change). Never had crash bars or rear fender rack so frame legs and rear fender like new. Seat is mint so is the paint and striping. Comes with complete tool kit, tire patch kit, owners manual, service station book and warranty card with original owners name, all keys (2 ignition, 3 tool box). All original metal harness straps in place. Runs, starts, handles and feels like a new motorcycle. The US models were 2 years only. Although the motorcycle is titled a 1969 it was made in June of 1968 and does not have the side reflectors nor the black sign on the rear fender. It was delivered with no turn signals and no mirror, notice the grip end caps to cover the holes and the plug where the mirror would go. It does have a side stand. The lower valve cover fin on the right side is broken and I can't get the fork lock to work.
