Vehicle Detail
1967 Mustang Fastback red on red. This car is GT equipped "clone" with fog lights, dual outlet tailpipe tips, pop-open gas cap with GT emblem, GTA fender emblems and striping. Original 289 car, now has late model 302 engine. originally sold at Bill Wood Ford in Kansas City. Car is equipped with power steering, power assisted 4 wheel drum brakes. no leaks and stops on a dime. new brake lines as well. all body panels are solid and straight, I believe quarters were replaced at some point. car was painted in the 90's and presents very well, only a couple small chips. original red on red car. All chrome including bumpers wheel well opening trim, mirrors, and handles in great shape. interior is in great shape. bucket seats recently recovered, nice center console, dual adjustable mirrors, good looking headliner but does have small tear (see photos), refurbished cluster with clock (not working), no holes in carpet and interior panels in good shape. original fold down seat car and is complete. Engine was purchased out of CREB Engineering. 1988 HO 302 with 4 bbl 750 Holley carb and Edelbrock intake manifold, Trick Flow heads, roller rockers, HO cam, billit pulleys, chrome alternator, aluminum radiator, chrome valve covers and air cleaner, electric fuel pump (newer fuel lines), and NO2 system, tank mounted in the trunk. I have never used the NO2 system. Have a bunch of receipts that came with car. C-4 automatic transmission. Mostly stock suspension but has 9 inch posi rear end. frame is tied and suspension lowered 1" or so. Has traction bars and air shocks on the rear. Floors look good. frame rails are good but found a couple areas that were repaired, professionally. Surface rust in some areas of trunk but no holes. Exhaust system is in good shape. 3" Cut outs were installed at one time and are currently not hooked up. American Racing wheels on BF Goodrich Radial TA tires, plenty of tread left. Radio not working. may not be hooked up. older amp system mounted in trunk. horn not working but does when I temporarily switched steering wheels This car is a great cruiser, it looks and sounds great. may be able to arrange local shipping. thanks for bidding.
