Up for auction with no reserve is a very early bone dry amazing rust free Arizona Triumph TR4 Roadster. The current owners roommate purchased the Triumph in 1984, drove it for several years and then parked it in an enclosed garage. The current owner purchased the TR4 from him in 2006 and began a slow restoration process that is shown in his attention to detail and 30 years of knowing and loving the car. She sports her original drivetrain with her 2138cc Engine with Excellent Oil Pressure, 4 Speed Transmission and Stock 3.70 live rear axle. The Michelotti styled body is straight and her 8 year old Powder Blue paint job is very impressive. The removeable hardtop will keep you warm and dry during the winter months. She sports all of the features of an early TR4 including her TR3 radiator, short bubble hood bulge and TR3 seats. Her hydraulics, front disc brakes and front end were rebuilt 8 years ago, but may require refreshing. She has been a labor of love, but now it is time for someone else to finish her. She includes a brand new uninstalled soft top, brand new seat kits in black leather with white piping, new door panels in black with white piping, a brand new uninstalled black carpet kit and a box of new parts waiting to be installed. She runs and drives pretty well, but her 52 year old original drivetrain will probably require a rebuild at some point. She is still wired positive ground and all of her electrical is in proper working order.
