Up for sale is a 1986 BMW R-65. I am selling this for a friend of mine, who purchased it out of a mans shed, about 1 year ago. He drives it regularly and claims it to be a very dependable bike. He has a folder from the previous owner, where the previous owner has spent $4920.43 on it from 2009 thru 2012 in maintenance. In the folder you will find receipts from oil changes to rebuilding the front forks, and much more. Note this bike is the mono shock version. The paint is of a patina nature, and looks good for a 10 footer. The tires are approximately 75% good. If you buy it there should be no reason that you couldn't drive this collector home, as it runs with no smoke or no unusual noises, and it handles great.
