You can own this very special vehicle! This is the only 2005 Saleen Mustang which left the Saleen factory in the Extreme Rainbow Paint. ($16,000 option). It comes with a letter of authenticity from Liz Summar at Saleen. The colors change from purple to gold to green to blue depending on the sunlight and shade. This is not the same as the MysticChrome Cobras. There is no true comparison.. This car has a proud show history including two Best In Shows (St Louis and Omaha, NE), 3 Best Late Models in Show, 11 Best Paints, 2 Fillies Choice Awards, 24 First Class Awards, 5 Second Class, a 2nd place finish at the Sturgis Mustang Rally, and an Excellence in Class Award at the EAA's Planes, Manes, & Automobiles Mustang and All Ford Show in Oshkosh. The car is signed by both Steve and Molly Saleen on the glovebox and by Steve under the engine. It includes all available factory options which brought the MSRP uo tor $74,391.00. These options included Saleen 14 inch Brake System, Saleen 7 Spoke Chrome Alloy Wheels, Saleen Wheel and Tire Upgrade, Saleen MaxGrip Differential, and Saleen High Density HeadLamps. I later addrd the Performance Cooling Package, Saleen Car Cover, and Michelin Tires in opttional P285/30/ZR20 size. The Saleen currently puts down 501.6 horsepower and 475.8 Torque on the Dynojet. This means about 612 horsepower at the flywheel!
