Its kind of a unique smart, the whole car is basicly built around the BRABUS Monoblock VI's rims, in order to properly fit the oversized rims the car needed the BRABUS WIDESTAR Body kit and to finish that up it had the upgraded BRABUS Suspension installed to eliminate the wheel gap so everything fits perfectly, that's just the tip of the modifications iceburg that was done. I did a couple car shows in the past all great comments and gets more looks then my +500hp Mercedes, Audi and my Truck strangely. Basically I’m moving from the farm to the downtown Toronto and doing a ton of mileage every month commuting so the smart no longer fits my life style. Kills me to sell it but I don’t want to let it be stored in the shop with my six other cars I rather have it on the road with a new owner. Basically rebuilt everything mechanical with brand new parts and installed a rebuilt engine and transmission last month with less than 1,500km since the rebuild, the engine prior to the rebuild had 55,000km. The body has 177,000km on it and the ecu has been properly moved over with ever km properly logged. Basically it started off as an 2005 (2004 built) smart fortwo passion Cabrio CDI, looking at the original order and shipment from the vehicle it was actually the 6th smart to arrive into Canada and also all the BRABUS upgrades came like that straight off the boat, then the others smaller items added later on. Has all the Passion add ones (AC, leather steering wheel, power mirrors, temperature display and auto transmission function) aswell quite a bit of upgrades (see below). (Paid around $1000) • Original EGR and Pipes • Also have a copy of WIS which is the workshop information manual from Mercedes/smart for those DIY’ers • 2 extra sets of used tires for the rears (Bought for around $130 each) Oil+filter changed every 5,000km if not sooner, clutch teach in every 3rd oil change along with lubrication. Cons: • We'll its a 2005 there is some standard wear and tear like nicks scratches and fading but nothing major nor sticks out. • The rear window is cracked due to UV and aging which is common, There's a guy in Toronto that fixes them for around $300. I can get it fixed for the buyer if they pick up the bill. CAN DELIVER ANYWHERE IN ONTARIO FREE OF CHARGE, THE DIESEL SMARTS WERE NEVER SOLD IN THE STATES SO THEY ARE CONSIDERED A GREY MARKET VEHICLE, I HAVE A FRIEND THAT CAN CAN PUT YOU IN CONTACT WITH THAT HAS SUCCESSFULLY BROUGHT OVER AND REGISTERED CARS IN THE STATES HE CHARGES A SMALL FEE BUT YOU GET A ONE OF A KIND CAR.
