I AM OFFERING MY 240/244 FOR SALE, PURCHASED IN MAY OF 2013, GARAGE KEPT, NON SMOKER CAR SINCE NEW, ALL THE WORK NEEDED TO BE RIGHT HAS BEEN DONE, READY FOR THE NEXT DRIVER. Reason for sale is that Volvo is now the 3rd car, only need 2 (WORK COMPLETED AS FOLLOWS) head light lens (both), both lic plate brackets, oil filter, plugs, cap, rotor, new air filter, recent battery, replace driver side rocker molding, front bumber chrome trim and corner molding, both tail light assys. are new, new sterring knuckle and also replace the power sterring pump, grille bar and emblem, replaced the E-brake center console, pass side door pocket, overdrive relay, wiper blades, new windshield, new front rotors and pads, new rear brake pads, new valve cover gasket. Replaced all 4 winter tray floormats, cleaned carpets. Timing belt and water pump are both in good shape and not needed to replaced. Detailed and cleaned and waxed. This 240 runs clean, no noises or vibes, no smoking, will do 30mpg hwy, everything works as it should, runs great and has been very dependable. All trunk items there in excellent condition as well as the owners manual. Car was a diplomat's "special delivery vehicle and then a local Mystic CT car, I am the 3rd owner. MORE INFO: She burns no oil at all, engine runs excellent and exhaust is quiet, no rattles, steers and handles better than most, low taxes and low insurance and great on gas. Tires are all Michelin matching at about 80% tread left. I also even removed all 4 rims, cleaned & painted them, all are good rust free solid wheels, no tire leaks. Engine temp reads normal under all conditions and the heater blows plenty of heat and blower motor is quiet. Dash has no cracks, all power windows work as well as the pwr locks. New windshield installed in Nov. this year, had a stone chip. Inside is really clean and she will be detailed before delivery to the new owner with a full tank of gas.
