1970 Triumph Bonneville

This is a special built by Fred Twigg in California before he left the US. The 650 Engine is from a '67 machine and the frame from a '70. (The clear CA title indicates registration in this form in 2008) Some say the best years for each. It is a great machine runs well and even though it still has points it is a first kick starter. It has the large European tank, fairly new tires a fitted Norman Hines 7 plate clutch pack and a new cam plate in the gear box. No tachometer is fitted and the stated mileage is unlikely to be correct given the nature of the machine.
