The 1979 Lincoln Mark V Collector's Series is the last of the great American automobiles. These cars reached their zenith in the mid to late 1970's. Then by 1980 it was basically all over. The 1978 Diamond Jubilee and the 1979 Collector's Series cost nearly $8000 over the basic Mark V models. Over $20,000, which was a very large sum in 1979. These car are well documented and should be a sound investment over time. This one is special in that it's triple white with leather and a moonroof. A very rare car. Most came with blue cloth with bucket seats. The condition is outstanding with only a few minor flaws. This car runs and drives like new. The steering is tight and straight, runs very smooth, shifts prefect, and stops perfect as well. The paint and chrome is in excellent condition, as is the interior.
