I am clearing out the shop and thinning the herd. I purchased this bike new out of the crate in 2004 at Honda Suzuki North in Dallas. Shortly after purchasing it, I installed the Baja Designs kit, speedometer and mirror. The bike is street legal, titled and registered in Texas with Texas plates. I altered the ride a bit and installed trailwing dual-sport tires and a slightly smaller rear sprocket for highway use, but make no mistake, it’s a monster off-road as configured. The carb and exhaust are un-corked and it runs as strong as its reputation. I bought this to ride with my daughter on her little Yamaha, but that really never panned out. I swap out the fuel every six months with stabilized gas and it starts first time every time. No issues whatsoever. I have flushed the brake lines a couple of times and change the oil yearly. I think I like working on it more that riding it. Turning wrenches is therapy around here. In any event, the speedometer shows 351 miles which is a reflection of mileage from about six months after the purchase. I doubt the bike has 500 miles on it. That’s a little embarrassing to tell you the truth. I didn't wash it prior to taking the photos, so it's shop fresh. Please review the photos and feel free to ask any questions.
