1968 GMC C15 Custom Patina Shop Truck, long bed, 3rd owner, non-ac cab, All original except Powerglide has been replaced by a rebuilt Turbo 350 trans, 307 small block V8, 3:73 10 bolt, 6 lug, new Edelbrock performer carb and intake, new Summit Hei, new brakes, gas tank and sender, front bumper, radiator, belts, hoses, alternator, voltage regulator, saddleblanket, dash pad, new 225/70/15 tires. Nothing has ever been tampered with on this truck, the wiring is nice and original and everything works as it should, the truck is very tight and drives great, no wind noise and the original weatherstrip is in great shape, doors close and open like new. The original owner was a high school principal that took very good care of it. Truck has absolutely no rust, just surface rust on the sunbaked Oklahoma paint, underneath isn't rusty, inner and outer rockers are nice with no rust and cab corners and cab supports are rust free! Drop it down a little and it would make a great shop/patina truck or drive as is. Thank you. Motor runs as good as new and truck drives as good as new, no slack or play in steering. Truck body is straight as an arrow and still has original rubber floormat in place on the interior. All lights and gauges work perfect.On Jun-17-14 at 17:02:07 PDT, seller added the following information: I've been asked about the mileage and it has 40000 on the odometer, previous owner told me that it was original mileage. It may be that low of miles because the underneath is very nice and the original owner did not have a very long commute to work? Truck is so tight, I believe it may be. Pickup still has the original tag on the front from 1968. I have all the receipts of the work I've done to it. Still has original jack and spare tire setup also. Thanks.
