Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed

1984 Honda CR 500- restored from the ground up. Ready to ride, race or could even be a garage queen. Frame-Blasted, painted and clear coated the correct Honda Flash red. I didn't see any cracks, welds or previous repairs. Wheels-New Warp 9 rims, 21 front, 18 rear, spokes replated and relaced to bead blasted and painted hubs Suspension-Forks had oil and seals changed, new fork boots. Shock had oil changed, new bumper installed and spring powder coated. Plastic- New Maier fenders and side panels, DC plastics air shrouds, front number plate and backgrounds. Tank was professionally refinished, looks almost like new. Motor-New bore with Wiseco piston, new main bearings and seals. Clutch is good. Pipe is brand new DG factory finish. Silencer is DG aluminum. Tires-New Dunlop 952s, new tubes and rim locks as well. New UNI air filter. New chain and sprockets. New throttle and clutch cable. New aluminum shifter. New seat cover from DC. Handlebars are Malcom Smith Honda bend. Levers are new replacements. New grips and crossbar pad. Brakes front and rear are good. Just about all the nuts, bolts, fasteners, axles and spokes were replated and look like new. This bike has only been ridden maybe 10-15 mins since it was rebuilt, not even broken in properly yet.
