The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is an amazingly clean 1999 BMW 323ic convertible. Included with this car are both sets of the keys & remotes, all of the glovebox manuals, and the BMW floor mats. This 323ic runs and drives beautifully. There aren’t any service or warning lights on in this car. This vehicle has been very well treated and maintained, and this BMW is in excellent condition. All of the power equipment in this BMW is working, including the power top and air conditioning. All of the digital panel displays in this car are completely clear without any missing pixels. There is a factory six disk CD changer mounted in the trunk. The six-cylinder engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts crisply, and the clutch engages smoothly with lots of grab. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The tires are showing most of their tread, and the brake pads are in excellent condition as well. The oil & filter and the air filter were also freshly replaced. The exterior of this BMW is in beautiful condition with nothing other than some minor imperfections and a small scratch on the right rear side. The Silver paint is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body. Both of the bumpers and all of the exterior trim pieces are in excellent condition and not cracked or damaged. The canvas top is perfect without any holes, loose seams or other damage. The rear window is clear without any fading, and is soft and pliable. All of the lights and lenses are clean and clear without fading or damage. The alloy wheels are in excellent condition without any curb rash or damage. The undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition as well. This BMW was garaged and not exposed to constant UV, which really helped preserve all of the finish surfaces, both inside and out of this 323ic. The interior of this BMW is crisp, clean and has been extremely well maintained. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition without any noticeable wear, even on the driver side. The carpeting is fresh, fluffy and clean throughout this car. All of the trim panels and trim pieces are intact, tight and in excellent condition. The interior still has some of the original leathery BMW scent. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this vehicle. This is a beautiful looking and excellent running 323ic. I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this BMW anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
