Original and rare 1965 Buick Wildcat drive or restore. This car is highly desirable with rare factory options...425 nailhead, AC, posi, power steering, power brakes, dual exhaust, bucket seats, console, tach, deluxe interior, factory chrome wheels, tinted glass , speed alert and clock. This is an Arizona car so the frame and sheet metal are very good. Body is very straight with original paint, one dent and no door dings. Minor rust just from leaky windows. The 425 runs good, i replaced head gaskets and seen the motor had been rebuilt. The engine compartment is as original as it can get. I disassembled the interior with hopes of doing carpet and headliner which gave me the opportunity to inspect the floors and bottom of the doors. Here is what i found...front and rear floor pan, excellent. Bottom of doors , excellent. Below rear seat held water from leaky rear window so there are some pinholes, but solid. Trunk is solid, has some stress cracking at mounting points. lower quarters...passenger side perfect, driver side held water from that window has pinholes. The interior components...console, excellent. Door panels , excellent. Dash pad, excellent. Seats are solid need to be done. Steering wheel is shot. I can partially reassemble for shipping and carefully pack and protect misc items. here are some pics, more available if there is an interest.
