Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1993 Ford F-150 true R code Lightning. These are getting harder to come by. It has the 5.8L 351 Windsor backed by the E4OD automatic transmission, and I did the Mass Air Flow swap. The engine was rebuilt, and is just past its break in period and has about 500 miles on the rebuild. Rebuild consists of: Block was Honed and Cleaned New Clevite Rod, Main, and Cam bearings. New Ford Racing X303 Cam. (Very nice lopey idle) Converted to Hydraulic Roller Cam All new Fel-Pro gaskets New Hooker Ceramic Longtube Headers New Ford Racing Double Roller Timing chain. Trick Flow valve covers GT40 Intake with 1" spacer BBk 70mm throttle body The GT40 heads were done at a machine shop they received a 3 angle valve job, Cleaned up, decked, Ford Racing valve springs and new valve seals. Also have Ford Racing 1.6 ratio roller Rockers Transmission has maybe 50,000 miles on the rebuild and shifts great, the torque converter is an Art Carr 3000 stall and hasn't given me any troubles. The Truck runs great, sounds awesome and pulls hard. I converted the truck to mass Air flow to make it more tunable and run better using Fiveology's wiring harness and computer. It currently has a rich tune as a safe tune on it and should be tuned to get the most out of the truck. The interior is in good shape also, needs a few things put together like a radio wired in, I have a newer radio that goes with it. The power seat bolsters still work the drivers side is a little slow though. I have a mechanical oil pressure gauge installed on the dash that works great! The Frame is in great condition, not much rust at all. The windshield is cracked. The quarter panels are a little rusty and the rear gas tank has a hole in the strap but everywhere else is solid. It also has a Eibach lowering kit, drilled and slotted rotors with bearings, and EBC brake pads. Brand new alternator, water pump, powersteering pump, smog delete pulley, everything has been gone through! Its a good fun little truck with some great power. I have tons of pictures and all the receipts for the parts. Any questions feel free to ask!
