Up for sale is my prized 1973 BMW 2002 tii. I purchased this car 21 years ago and have kept it in my garage ever since. It was very rarely driven and in excellent condition with 25,334 original miles. There is no structural rust in the car aside from a few spots on the floor boards. Shock towers are completely solid. I has had the spare tire well replaced prior to my ownership. Would benefit from a paint job, overall a very nice car in much better shape than most available these days. Original engine with 5 speed transmission conversion from a BMW 320i. Serious inquiries only. Feel free to email any questions / concerns. PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO EMAIL ME WITH ANY ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS.On Jun-09-14 at 15:02:31 PDT, seller added the following information: In an effort to be as honest and forthcoming as possible with the sale of this vehicle I have removed the carpet in the car and taken detailed photos of the floor, rocker panels, and underside of the car. There are three noticeable spots where rust has gotten through the floor. 1. Above the pedal box 2. In the passenger side foot well on both sides there is a 4 inch section. 3. A dime sized hole behind the passenger seat.  The photos show surface rust on the firewall section and near the transmission tunnel on the passenger side. I tapped the areas with a screwdriver, and stood in the cabin of the vehicle and none penetrated. The floor of this car is solid! The underside of the car is clean with straight frame rails, there aren't any holes in the rocker panels and all feel solid when tapped on.
