This vehicle is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY!! THe vehicle was seized by the Frederick County Narcotics Task Force in January of 2013 and is being sold "at auction" per policy. There is no "Buy it Now" price and no trades because our seized property must be sold by auction. The vehicle is for local pick up only or the buyer must arrange for and pay for delivery. The vehicle is a 2003 BMW 300 series, 330Xi with automatic transmission. The engine is a 3.0L L6 DOHC 24V. The vehicle has many features including power door locks, power windows, power seats, sunroof, air conditioning, cruise control and black leather interior. The interior is in good condition with minor stains in the carpeting on the floor boards. The rear seats fold down that allow access to the trunk compartment. There is a full sized spare located in the trunk along with a tire iron and jack. The battery compartment is also located in the trunk and needs charged or replaced. The tires 205/50R17 are in good condition and are mounted on silver aluminum alloy BMW rims. The vehicle has not been looked at by a mechanic, but there doesn't appear to be any major issue with the vehicle. There are pictures attached of both the exterior and interior of the vehicle.
