1996FORD F350CREWCABPOWERSTROKEUp for auction today I am selling my 1996 Ford F-350 4x4 crewcab, original 7.3 liter Powerstroke backed by and automatic transmission. This truck is the real deal, been a real battle even deciding to sell it, so I'm posting it with the buy-it-now and the reserve won't be much less than that. If it sells it sells, if not, I'm just as happy. I'm only selling it because I finally found a comparable, the new 6.7 liter, I bought a used 2011 F350 to replace this truck. I have owned it for close to 6 years, it only had 216k miles on it then, so I've only put 16k on it since then. I only used it for hunting and pulling a fifth wheel hunting and every now and then to pull a trailer. I am the 3rd owner, and I am personal friends with the original and second owner. The original owner bought it to pull his fifth wheel and what not, drove it the first 100k miles, the second owner did the same, for the next 116k miles. The second owner said he rebuilt the tranny about 75k miles ago and put a shift kit in at that time.Mechanical- This truck runs tip top, no blow-by at all, starts right up, like said the legendary 7.3 liter Powerstroke, never chiped, has a piller guage setup showing exhaust temp, tranny temp, and boost. I just installed 3" Banks Exhuast from the muffler back with chrome tip, came with the truck and I finally put it on a few months ago, lol. At the same time I removed the cat and muffler, made a huge difference as they were probably alittle clogged up. Last year I rebuilt the starter and the alternator and put in two new Interstate batteries. The tranny like I said was rebuilt about 60k miles before I purchased it, and works great, pulling or whatever. The tires are new within the last 2yrs, I believe I had Discount Tire put them on May of 12 when I took the truck to Dallas to pick up a horse, pulled a large 4 horse trailer with ease. The tires probably don't have but 4k miles on them, I'm sure the receipt is in the glove box, changed the wheels at that time due to factory caps falling off, still have the factory wheels if wanted. Body- The outside of this truck is good, not a show truck, it does have bumps and bruises here and there, nothing major, alittle hail damage in the hood and the most notable dent would be under the right taillight. Otherwise I wouldn't complain, I mean it is a 18 year old truck with 200k miles on it. I just put a new windshield in it due to a crack, it has bed caps, fifth wheel rails with a gooseneck adapter and fifth wheel, it also comes with a white snugtop camper that I only had on it to bring it home. It also has a receiver hitch, trailer wiring, the chrome on the moldings is looking bad, you could have someone run new chrome tape or pull them off. Interior- The inside of this truck is very nice for the year, no major stains to speak of, the seats are good, they all function properly. It has a Clarion tape deck and a 6 disc changer behind the back seat, it has a power rear slider that is powered by a window motor, hasn't worked since I've owned it, not sure whats wrong with it most likely the motor is out. Power steering, windows, locks, mirrors and keyless entry. Not sure if I missed anything, but I'm sure I did.
