Very nice and rare 1934 Chevy Master Deluxe. It has an overhead valve inline six engine that runs great! 1934 was the first year of the knee action front end on the Master Deluxe series Chevys. I've had several 30s stright axel vehicles and this knee action rides far superior to any of them. The 1934 Master Deluxe also came with a sincronized transmission. The interior is almost new. The body looks very good and the paint is very nice. There are a few small dings from the hood and other spots. This is a very nice driver quality car. It starts and runs fine with no smoke or noise. The trans shifts fine. The brakes work good. It steers as it should. Tires have been on a while but have great tread. Not aware of any rust issues in the past. As with most cars of the early 30s the metal was very heavy and rarely had anything but surface rust. The car is trully a blast to drive! I have several cars in my collection but health issues prevent me from giving them the time they require so I am selling them all but one. If you are considering a Model A consider this: The 34 cars were the first year of the slanted grills and look much better than Model As. The crusing speed of a Model A is about 45-50. This Chevy crusing speed is about 55-60. The Chevy has about 20% more HP. If your shoe size is larger than size 6 then the Chevy is much easer than the Model A to get in and out of. The Chevy has a much better ride and a far superior braking system. You will see about 70 Model As to one 34 Chevy. This Chevy is priced below what many Model A owners have priced their Model As at in simular condition. Before you buy a car that needs restoring please check out the cost of parts. Parts cost have gone out of sight and you can buy a restored car cheaper than the cost of parts to restore one. IMPORTANT NOTICE: This vehicle is over 80 years old. I am only 63! I have not owned the car since new so please don't ask me what the original milage is. Please don't ask me if the car was ever damaged. I simply can not know that. This car was over 20 years old before I realized what an automobile even was. Also please ask you wife permission to buy before you contact me. Make sure you have money in the bank that is available. Make sure you realize the car is SOLD AS IS! It's 80 years old! Nobody guarentees 80 year old machinery!
