1980 Jeep CJ7 Restored Purchased this restored jeep several years ago to access remote hunting location in Northern Potter Co., Pa. Decided it was too nice to subject it to the abuse of traveling up the mountain to our acreage. I have stored it inside since purchase, occasionally driving it less than 200 total miles. Previous owner that restored the Jeep reports the installation of a new fiberglass body, overhauled original 307 V8 engine, new suspension, reconditioned drive train, new soft top and bikini top, new doors, new windshield, gauges hardware, tires, wheels lights, etc. Restorer claims expenses exceeded $14,000. This is not a perfect restoration as evidenced by the less than professional paint job applied to the fiberglass body. Jeep is solid and could be upgraded with a decent paint application to the fiberglass body. No warranty or guarantee is provided with sale. Low reserve on this excellent buy CJ.
