This auction is for a well appointed 1966 VW Beetle which has been partially restored. The finish looks fairly good for a 50 year old vehicle. There are some signs of age in the form of pin size holes on the lower portion of doors, but not very bad at all. The floor pan is in good shape with the exception of the rear floor pan under battery that has been repaired. Engine was rebuilt in 2010 and has new heads, cylinders, rings, push rods & tubes, cam, bearings, and oil pump, This engine has about 7k miles on the rebuild and strong. The transmission shifts nicely and very tight. This Beetle has new wiring cover in the trunk, Empi shifter, Empi chrome wheels w/ new tires, roof rack, black vinyl square weave seats, black door panels, white, new white visors & clips, new carpet on interior as well as the trunk, new KYB shocks, and new rear tail lights. I will be installing the back seat along with new cover and new black beading between fenders. This Beetle is partially restored and looks quite good. This vehicle could be easily worth $9500 when finished out
