This truck is a throwback to when a truck was a truck! Solid steel and the real deal! I am the second owner of the truck and have owned it for about a year, and purchased it from the man that bought her off the showroom floor 34 years ago. He made the decision to restore her and according to him made arrangement with a company who started it but never finished it.The engine:It is a Chevy 350 and it appears to be the original engine.It was recently tuned up and i had a new Eldenbrock 600 CFM carb installed.Note- it runs really strong and does not smoke at all.it has glass pack dual exhausts and sounds really good.The A/C does not work, the heat does workI drive this truck a hundred miles at a clip and she drives perfectly straight with no vibrations, shakes or problems that i am aware of at all.The vent windows are not sealed well and I cant remember ever seeing one that didn't blow air through them.Tilt wheel, power steering, and power brackes all work as expected,Interior is 1980 and rates about a 7 out of a 10.The body:Both fenders are new, I am told both quarters are new. Doors show some repairs to the lower portion but are in good shape.The hood is as well in good shape however it doesn't align as good as it should.The bed has bondo in it and shows a small hole in one of the sections of the bed .I took the truck to a body shop and they told me they could have the truck ready for paint for $1800 worth of work to make it perfect.They believe someone started to restore it but didn't do such a great job.I am the kind of guy that truthfully likes my stuff perfect, however everywhere i go people compliment on the truck and if you want to just roll down the road and cruise - she is ready to roll.The truck is for sale locally and you can come and test ride with no issues.The truck is generally a really nice truck and a hoot to drive.The asking price is $7000.00Mike 410-984-6789Ask for Mike
