This is a SUPER NICE Rust Free 1965 Falcon Futura Convertable. I have been restoring cars for many years. I got this very rare rust free vehicle some time ago and was going to restore it for my grandson. It has been in my shop for over a year being restored. The engine was rebuilt, New carborator, All new brakes installed, New alumn high cool radiator installed with new electric cooling fan, New tires, new one wire 80 amp alternator and much more. Since it was for my grandson I put the best equpiment on it. The Falcon is powered by a rebuilt 250 ci six cylinder engine (looks like the original 170 but has 30% more power). The original 170 ci engines were very underpowered. This 250 has plenty of power. It has an automatic trans with floor shift. The car looks and drives great now. The only thing left to do is to check the lights, fix a small leak in muffler and maybe some very minor adjustments. Unfortunitly I have developed health problems and can no longer work on the car. It will be a number of years before my grandson can drive so I will sell the car and let him purchase a vehicle when he is old enough. CHECK OUT THESE PICTURES TO SEE JUST HOW NICE THIS CAR REALLY IS! ***When you look at the pictures you'll see it has 1964 body side trim but the title and vin number say it is a 1965 so it is a 1965. I was told some early 65s were made with the 64 side trim which I think looks better than the 65 trim. THIS CAR IS LISTED TO SELL!!!! The low reserve will prove that.
