You can now own a car that is getting hard to find, is rare, is almost COMPLETLEY ORIGINAL and only has 69,756 ACTUAL - ORIGINAL MILES since it was brand new and yes we do have an odometer statement !! This BEAUTY was sold brand new at Martin - Cadillac in Los Angeles, California and comes with its FACTORY ORIGINAL new car window sticker (NEAT !) AND it comes with its FACTORY ORIGINAL leather bound owners portfolio containing the FACTORY ORIGINAL 1992 Allante owners manual, 1992 maintenance booklet and its 1992 assurance booklet all shown in several pictures below !! The Allanté was initially priced at $58,570.00 in 1992 dollars not including the large dealer markup that was common on the Allante' ! This was far above the price of any other contemporary Cadillac. The 1992 Cadillac Allante was a stunning body style in 1992 and still is some 21 years later !! The body and the interior of the Allanté was designed and built in Turin, Italy by Pininfarina (of Ferrari fame). The completed bodies were shipped 3,300 miles from Italy in specially-equipped Boeing 747s, 56 at a time, to Cadillac's assembly plant in Hantramck, Michigan. The bodies were then mated to the chassis at the Cadillac Assembly plant. This led to a few interesting nicknames, such as "The Flying Italian Cadillac" and "The world's longest assembly line". 1992 was the second to last year for the Cadillac Allante and had the lowest production number (1,931) of any of the eight years they were made and they tell me its the year to have as they got most of the bugs out of them verses the earlier years that came with the problamatic 4.1 litre motor. This is a NICE - DRY - SOLID California - Washington state - Idaho high mountain desert - western car and it shows. In my opinion your not going to find much nicer original floors than the ones that are on this car. If you can make it to Boise in the next ten days please come look at and drive this car for yourself, I think you would be pleased ! THIS IS A QAULITY CAR FOR SURE !!It appears to have the Original - Sequential Port Fuel Injected - 4.5 Litre V8 along with roller valve lifters, high-flow cylinder heads and a tuned port intake manifold all from the factory !! Sounds good too with the nice factory style exhaust system !! The Cadillac Allante roadster also showcased an independent front and rear strut-based suspension system and Bosch ABS III four-wheel disc brakes were also standard. The engine is backed by a smooth "F7" four speed with overdrive automatic transmission which also functions well. The BEAUTIFUL - ALL ORIGINAL - Code "859" - Charcoal Leather Interior is in NICE condition with NICE - ORIGINAL - ten way power - Recarro Charcoal Leather Bucket seats with factory headrests, VERY NICE original Charcoal center console with padded center armrest, NICE original Allante steering wheel, VERY NICE original matching Charcoal door panels, VERY NICE original Charcoal carpeting, VERY NICE original gauge clusters including a factory tachometer, VERY NICE original Charcoal dash, VERY NICE original Charcoal dash pad with NO CRACKS and VERY Nice original Charcoal sun visors with dual illuminated vanity mirrors. All of the ORIGINAL rubber weatherstripping is still soft, supple and looks good for being original. The - Code "47U" - Euro Red exterior paint is EYE POPPING BEAUTIFUL with several small chips and imperfections showing but is still bright and shiny and looks STUNNING as you can clearly see in the pictures. The Charcoal leather interior and the contrasting Euro Red exterior is a GREAT color combination Indeed ! How could you get any better !! Check out the VERY NICE - original black convertible - power latching - fold down top which has the correct glass rear window and looks nearly new but its not !! This Cadilac Luxury Roadster is a great runner and a real nice looker. I drove this car as my everday driver for about a week to and from the office and running errands as needed and it ran and drove GREAT ! Talk about an attention getter, everywhere I went people wanted to know what kind of car it was and how beautiful of a car they thought it was !! This car is nicely equipped as you would expect, including factory automatic climate control system with working air conditioning that was just professionally serviced and has been converted to R134A / heater and defroster, factory power steering, factory power windows, factory power door locks, dual 10 way power front seat's/ with memory on the drivers side, drivers side airbag, remote fuel filler lid release, good glass, fully adjustable head restraints, tilt steering wheel, factory cruise control, factory rear window defroster, factory eye level exterior taillight, twilight headlight sentinel, console mounted remote trunk lid release, motorized power remote exterior mirrors, delayed windshield wipers, power ABS brakes with FACTORY 4 WHEEL DISC BRAKES, original front three point seat belts, power deck lid pull down, original day / night rear view mirror, trip odometer, factory theft deterent system, headlight washers, tinted windows, factory original Am Fm stereo radio / CD player / cassette tape player, the original digital clock and a factory power antenna. This Cadillac Allante' has great looks and GREAT power with good gas mileage to boot! There are not many of these left on the roads that are this ORIGINAL and still this nice for sure ! These vehicles have an appreciative group of owners any of which would be pleased to own this one. The suspension and drive line seem to be in good working order as well as the electrical system. The car also sports Nice original Cadillac Allante aluminum sport wheels and nearly new Michelin steel belted radial tires. It also has a VERY NICE - ORIGINAL - fully carpeted trunk compartment with a full size spare tire, original jack and original lug wrench. All of the ORIGINAL chrome and stainless steel is in nice shape including the ORIGINAL chrome grill which is BEAUTIFUL !! Even the ORIGINAL light and reflector lenses are clear, uncracked and NICE. This vintage luxury roadster is a good investment opportunity and it is priced right ! It is in good condition from top to bottom and from front to back. It will not disappoint someone looking for a good example of a sought after and hard to find luxury collector car which is not seen at every stop light for sure.
