The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very clean, well maintained 2000 Mercedes E320 Wagon with 192k miles. This Mercedes is equipped with Navigation, 4Matic All-Wheel-Drive, and the Third Row Seat. All of the equipment is working. We have an original key/remote, the glovebox manuals, all of the floor mats, and the rear cargo cover. This Mercedes runs very well, and drives very well and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The 3.2L engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts properly. The matching set of Michelin tires were installed by the owner and are showing passable tread. The brake pads are all in excellent condition and there is a current inspection on this car. The oil and filter and the air filter have been freshly replaced. We checked all of the power equipment in this wagon and other than a missing mirror knob and quirky seat switches, everything in this wagon works, including the air conditioning and navigation system. The Silver finish on this Mercedes looks terrific. The paint is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body. There are only some minor imperfections or stone nicks, but there aren’t any dents, scratches or rust on the body of this car. The undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition, and the alloy wheels are in great shape as well. The interior of this Wagon has been extremely well maintained, which is the best indicator of how a vehicle was treated. The entire interior is crisp, clean and in excellent condition. All of the leather seats are soft, supple and in excellent condition, and the carpeting is fluffy and clean throughout this Wagon. There aren’t any rips or holes on any of the seats or carpeting and only very minor wear on the driver side. All interior trim pieces are intact, tight and in excellent condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. The vehicle history report is clean, and the title is clean and clear without any liens or encumbrances. This is an excellent running Mercedes that should provide great service for many years to come. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this E320 anywhere. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
