The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very clean 2006 Chrysler Town & Country Touring Edition. This Van is equipped with leather interior, power & heated seats, Stow-N-Go, power sliding side doors, power rear hatch, and, rear air conditioning. We also have both sets of factory keys/remotes, all of the glovebox manuals, and the floor mats. This Van runs and drives beautifully, and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The 3.8L engine runs very strong and smoothly, and the transmission shifts perfectly. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. All of the power equipment in this Van is working, including the air conditioning. We performed a safety inspection, as well as a maintenance service and road test on this Van in preparation for sale. We installed four brand new tires, and new brake pads on this Van. We also replaced the oil & filter, the air filter, and the wiper blades. This Van is fully serviced and ready to be picked up and driven anywhere. The Midnight Blue Pearl exterior of this Van is in terrific condition. The paint is super glossy and lustrous over the entire body without any dents and only minor imperfections. There isn’t so much as even a nick or mark on either of the bumpers. The alloy wheels are clean and look great. There isn’t any body rust at all, and the undercarriage is also clean and in excellent condition. The interior of this Town & Country is very clean and fresh. The seats and carpeting are clean and in excellent condition without any holes or wear damage. All leather surfaces are soft and supple. The carpeting is fluffy and clean throughout. There aren’t any holes or cracked trim pieces inside this Van. This Van was non-smoker owned, and there aren’t any smoke odors, burn marks, or other unpleasant odors inside this Van. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage. We have clear title without any liens or encumbrances. WARRANTY: This vehicle will be sold AS-IS with no warranty expressed or implied by the seller. However, the buyer will be offered the option to purchase an additional Extended Service Warranty for all applicable vehicles. The title is guaranteed to be free and clear. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
