Vehicle Detail

Please note the Vin # DPS90JEEP67028399 was issued by the state of Ohio. The reason the State of Ohio issued an ASSEMBLED TITLE is because more than 50% of the original Jeep was changed, Motor, Trans, Body, Top, Interior, dash and more. Now that we have that out of the way. I am selling the Jeep Wrangler I built in 1999. It originally started out as a 1990 Jeep, but when I went to have it inspected, they titled as a 1999 title. I am selling this Jeep because I just don’t use it and could use the garage space. There are about 3,000 miles on it. Please note the title says “Assembled 1999” This is because the only parts from the 1990 Jeep I used where the frame and axles. The title department said more than 50% of the vehicle was altered i.e. Fiberglass body & chevy motor, so I have an Assembled title. The Jeep won several awards including, Runner Up Grand Champion, Best Paint and Best Mild Modified Jeep I will try to give as much detail as possible. I own a powder coating business and built this jeep to take to shows and swap meets to show powder coating. Here is a list of powder coated parts: Frame, Axles, Springs, Motor, Transmission, Drive Shafts, Roll Bar, Dash, Bumpers, Nerf Bars and a few other parts. Basically, if it is metal, I powder Coated it. The motor is a chevy 350 cu. In. bored .030 with a cam and 2.02 heads. The motor should produce around 350HP. The transmission is a 700R automatic with OD that was built by Rossler Transmissions. The transfer case is out of a S-10. The frame and axles are the only parts I used from the original 1990 Jeep. They where taken apart, blasted and powder coated before assembling the Jeep. The suspension is Old Man Emu with about 3” of lift. The ride is very comfortable. The wheels are 15” x 10” with BFG All Terrain Tires. The front seats are from a Ferro and where recovered along with the back seat. I have a top that I bought in 1999. It is currently not on the Jeep, but goes with the sale of the Jeep. Alpine CD player with 2 overhead speakers. The Jeep has been in storage for the last 5 years in a heated and air conditioned garage. I start it about 3 -4 times a year. Here is a list of high Lights of the Jeep. 1990 Wrangler Frame, Blasted and Powder Coated 1990 Jeep Wrangler Front & Rear Axles, Blasted, Powder Coated and Rebuilt. 355 cu. In. 350 HP small Block Chevy Motor, Powder Coated & Rebuilt 700R Automatic Over Drive Transmission, Powder Coated and Rebuilt Chevy S-10 Transfer Case, Powder Coated and Rebuilt Custom Covered Seats Alpine Stereo CD Player Tilt Steering 3” Tubular Front & Rear Bumpers, Powder Coated 3” Nerf Bars, Powder Coated Reese style Hitch, Powder Coated Custom tail lights hidden in the bumper Frenched rear license plate Hinge Tail Gate Fiber Glass Body Fiber Glass Wrangler one piece tilt front end. Flush Mount 3rd Brake Light Over all the Jeep is in great condition. The paint still looks like new, except for the fender flair where there is an area that has chipped off. (Please see the pictures.) The Jeep is very road worthy. The only thing on the Jeep that was never completed was I never hooked up the transfer case to run in 4WD. It was planned to electronically shift the transfer case, but I never needed it as I only drove it in nice summer weather. Mechanically everything is there to run 4WD, just not the electronics. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me or call (330) 540-5455 from 8am – 8pm EST. If you would like to see the Jeep, please contact me to set up an appointment. I reserve the right to end the auction early as I have the Jeep for sale locally. The Jeep is “As Is” there is no warranty.
