I got the engine to run, I did a compression test, 168 Lbs. I will guarantee that it runs once you do a basic carb cleaning...... and the general service you would do to an engine that has been stored with fuel in it. I leave engines in the frame until they are sold to keep things sealed. SHIPPING will be within 10 business days. I don't charge for crating, just the shipping cost.
