I have lowered the reserve due to popular demand. Thank you for viewing this motorcycle and for all of the CB750 Sand cast enthusiasts, this is another fine example of the best bike to hit the highways and set new standards for all of the Superbikes to follow in 1969. I will be going on the road in my RV full time and feel it would not do me or the bike any good to haul it all over the place risking theft , damage, and/or putting it in storage for the next XX years when this bike needs to be seen, enjoyed and taken out for a spin. If your interested, think of the bikes value in 5 years when this piece of motorcycle history turns " 50" years old and the various rally's that will take place for everyone to show off their motorcycle pride. History: I am not the original owner, and from what I know , I am the third owner and I have put approximately 500 miles on the bike. As mentioned, this is an un-restored, unmolested, very well maintained, original CB750 Sandcast motorcycle. Its in top running condition, looks fantastic, and can be a daily runner. This bike was left " as is " and refreshed to be in top running order. The bike was repainted using the factory paint to give it the attention it needed after many years of storage. Condition: After 45 years there are some blemishes. you should be able to see these in the pictures. Example - small tear in the original seat and the foam is crumbling which is normal. Small ding in the front fender, bottom pipes have some scratches and small bents, otherwise these are fine. All four pipes are the original pipes that came with the bike in 1969 with " No Numbers " stamped on them. This is rare and the first few thousand came without the stamped numbers that normally have the HM300 stamp ( 2 pipes have some acid stains). The rear fender has some wear to the chrome as the original owner must have placed items on the fender for travel ( this was common) There is no tool kit with the bike as it did not come with one when I bought it. The bike has the ORIGINAL points plate that came with the bike, However, I have put new points on the bike and set the timing to factory specs. This bike has been to several VJMC rally's ( Vintage Japanese Motorcycle Club ) and catches enormous attention where ever it goes. The " License Plate" is not the plate for the bike -- I did not display the original plate. This is a spare plate only used for pictures !
