Very nice 1987 silverado. This truck runs and drives great, a true southern survivor. It has a good running 5.0 engine with a automatic transmission. This is the first year of the fuel injected trucks and it runs great and gets good gas mileage. It has cold a/c and a good heater. It has dual exhaust that has a nice sound but quieter mufflers for a peacefull ride. The engine compartment is all original and unmolested but could stand to be detailed. There is no drips or leaks underneath the truck. The paint and trim on the truck is excellent, It has newer paint that has a nice shine with no imperfections, the bumpers and trim is in good shape, it has an excellent curb appeal. All glass is good including the factory installed sliding rear window. It has a nice bedliner that looks like it has never hauled a load. On a 1 to 10 scale, I would give the exterior a solid 8. The interior is in nice shape, the power windows, and locks work like they should. The seat is in like new condition, no wear or tears, sits nice and firm. The carpet is good, door panels are nice, it's in good condition. The headliner is not falling but does show a little age. All lights and guages function properly, and the dual tanks work. It has had an aftermarket radio put in the place of the original. It is a good working cd player but not the factory radio. It drives down the road nice and quiet with very minimal wind noise. On a 1 to 10 scale give the interior a solid 7. It looks very nice but not perfect. I can not guarantee that the truck has 47k due to the odometer only being 6 digits, there's no true way to tell. The truck rolls on a set of original 15x8 chevy truck rallies with brand new 255/70/15 white letter tires. All around this truck is a nice driver. It has the muscle truck look with the comfort of a/c and all power options.
