You will love driving this car up and around your town! It is a definite head turner, ready to be upgraded to your liking. the car is super solid and has a clean New Mexico where it has spent its life. The guy that I bought it from definitely did some work to the engine and engine bay. It was removed and painted. the car runs and drives. it shifts on time and it can burn out the rear tires at a complete stop. It could use a brake job and tuneup. It was an original ac car, but the compressor is no longer there. There was one in the trunk with brackets, but I don't know if it is the one for this car. Gauges inside seem to work fine with the exception of the oil pressure. It goes all the way down and then all the way up when you start the car. The interior is pretty nice. the carpet has some tears by the driver left foot area, and has no headliner. I repeat, no headliner, but all the trim is there. There was no body work done to the original metallic brown color. It was scuffed primered, and sprayed green. You will find bumps and bruises but no crazy damage. The seats were just redone and look like new. the carburetor is not original. the original one was sent to a mechanic that was to rebuild it and gave the edelbroch carb as a loaner but then closed his doors and was not located again. The carburetor is not the best. It could use a rebuild. I would love to answer any questions you may have on this car. Ivan 575-650-2078.
