This car is in beautiful cosmetic condition. No rust! The vehicle has only been driven in CA and OR. This is the W140 body. Mercedes spent $1 Billion on the development of this vehicle. It is known as the last of the over-engineered cars. I have put a substantial amount of money into this car over the past 5 years. I simply do not have the time to put into it any more. I also do not have the space to store it. My loss is your gain. The vehicle is very dependable, it was may daily driver for many years and never let me down. She drives drives straight and smooth. She shifts fine. Starts every time. There is some slight damage to the right front bumper. I have another bumper that I can throw in with the car. The new bumper needs to be painted. The center rear view mirror needs repair. The mechanical adjuster has become disengaged. The odometer currently shows 115090 miles. Instrument cluster was replaced. The California title currently shows what is on the odometer as true mileage. The center ashtray assembly has been removed, and saved. It is included with vehicle. The Bose sound system has been modified to accept input from a 3.5" phono jack. So you can output from you iPod or iPhone, MP 3 player into the awesome Bose sound system. The leather seats and wood trim are in remarkably good condition for the age of the vehicle. Genuine Mercedes rubber honeycomb floor mats have been included in the sale. The trunk is huge on this car. This vehicle has passed CA smog, and has a current certificate as of 12/4/13 The vehicle drives and shifts well, has a very smooth suspension but is being sold as-is and in the current location.
