Up for Auction is my 1972 Ford Bronco. I have owned this Bronco for 4 years. It was bought as a project and is nearly complete but I bought a new one and fear this one will never get completed if it stays here. It has a strong 302 motor with a three speed transmission with shifter on the column(three on the tree) Although it is drivable and drives as is should it still needs a few things to be perfect The pics will show the Bronco as I bought it , the work in progress and the Bronco in its current state. Under the hood the Bronco has new spark plugs, plug wires, points, distributor, distributor cap fresh oil change ALL fluids flushed or drained and refilled. I rebuilt the carb a few times but decided it would be best to replace it so I recently bought a new Motorcraft Carburetor with Electronic choke and had it installed, new battery with 1000 Cold crank amps. The drivetrain has had ALL fluids flushed, drained or greased at our local super lube about 300 dollars. My mechanic dropped and cleaned both gas tanks installed sending units and new floats but the gas gauge still only works sometimes. I think because of the old and brittle wiring. It also needs a new switch to change the tanks. The bronco has drum brakes but does have a booster and pulls to the right a little when stopping fast. All the parts are there and connected to the pto winch but I have never used it. A new front driveshaft has been installed, new grommets in the shifter column, the tires and rims are about a year old with less than 2000 miles on them, as I rarely drove the Bronco over 10mi round trip. The body was done frame on as the frame is solid. The body was sandblasted with the bad spots cut out and replaced with steel. I also had the hood reinforced with steel. The door inserts and fender flares were ordered from Wild Horses as were the new light lenses for every light with chrome bezels and chrome headlight rings. All the body work and paint was performed at a local custom paint shop where the wild horses lift and 8 point family roll cage were also installed. It was sprayed with scorpion bed liner. It has new shoulder strap seat belts installed in the front. The only top I have for it is a Wild Horses safari top. All the seats could use reupholstering and the Bronco needs a wiring harness. All the lights work with the exception of the blinkers and one side marker. It needs a wiring harness. I drive it to town on occasion but have not been over 50 miles on it round trip at a time. It is fun to drive and the 4wd drive works great. I have a ton of money invested in this project and am offering it as a no reserve auction.
