1966 Chevrolet Chevelle 300 Deluxe. Later model small block Chevy 350 (327?) paired with 5 speed standard transmission. Edelbrock manifold, Doug's headers, air conditioning and good tires. Runs and looks good. A real head turner! It drew a lot of attention when I drove it just a few blocks in the outskirts of Powhatan. This car has been driven regularly. Drive anywhere - especially if you need to get there in a hurry. Hot Rod Magazine Power Tour "Long Hauler" participant in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Long haulers drive to starting location, drive the tour and then drive home. The stickers are all on the front window (see picture). Gold with white top. Straight body with some nicks and very small rust spots but no major damage. Passenger side floor boards were repaired/replaced at some point. Trim is in good condition except for rear passenger side which looks like it was bent back at some point (see picture). This car came with a 6 cylinder and column-shift automatic. Original motor was replaced with a 327. Automatic was replaced with 5-speed standard with floor-mount shifter about 8 years ago. The 327 was replaced with the current GM 'crate' motor (believed to be 350) and has less than 20K miles. Interior appears to have mostly original/stock interior with new carpet. There is a tack mounted to the steering column. The door panels are tired and there are some spots on the vinyl seats. The headliner is in good condition. Odometer shows 48K miles but actual miles are closer to 148K. Purchased in California around 1988 and original black plates and registration slips are available. Was registered/licensed in Arkansas for several years. Currently registered and licensed in Virginia. Questions will be answered as quickly as possible.
